I can't send messages from my new MacBook Pro 13 to Android phone users, but my iPhone can. The text bubble is dark green, and a red message says "not delivered".

Welcome Eugenejoan,

It appears that you're not able to use Text Message Forwarding on your MacBook Pro. First, lets make sure that everything is set up properly: How to forward SMS/MMS text messages from your iPhone to your iPad, iPod touch or Mac

Also, if you want to keep your messages updated across all your devices, be sure to turn on Messages in iCloud: Use Messages in iCloud
