I don’t remember my old phone passcode and my iCloud it request for the passcode because it has been stole
Did you follow the steps in the link posted above that explains what to do if you forgot the passcode?
Yes because I don’t want to lose all my pictures and videos on my iCloud
Resetting the phone won't affect your iCloud data.
