I got an Apple Watch, series 7 for Christmas…paired it with my iPhone 12. It is constantly unpairing from my phone. I have unpaired, then repaired MANY times. Doesn’t help. I’ve turned off the Bluetooth then back on. It will stay connected for a few minutes then unpaired again. It will randomly pair to my phone throughout the day but not very often. I’ve also rebooted both the phone and watch. Any suggestions?

Can you let us know more about what you mean when you say the Apple Watch is unpairing from the iPhone 12? Also, do you have an Apple Watch Series 7 with both cellular and GPS, or GPS-Only? The reason we ask is that there is a specific process required to unpair the Apple Watch from an iPhone, so that shouldn't be happening automatically.
If your Apple Watch isn't connected or paired with your iPhone has some additional information that may help. If the Apple Watch is a GPS-Only model or it doesn't have a cellular data plan enabled, the Apple Watch may disconnect from the iPhone when it's out of range.

I have the GPS only series 7. Maybe I’m using the wrong terminology, but as I’m typing this, at the top of my watch there is an outline of the phone with a line drawn through it. This happens throughout the day, every day. It stays disconnected more than it’s connected. My watch is on my arm and my phone is in my hand. It also does this with my phone in my pocket.
Yes, I’ve tried everything. I never had this problem with my first Apple Watch. My watch was disconnected from my phone 10 minutes ago, but it’s connected now. No idea how long that will last, but if it’s like every other day, it won’t last long. Im VERY frustrated that I spent $400 for a watch that gives me no more information than a $10 Walmart watch. Ugh!
