Try your Carrier's Site:

Log into your Carrier's site, seeing if you can view the call history. Doing so myself, I can see it 90 days back. Investigating deeply into this information, you might find info.

You may have to use a third-party app if you want to know who is calling before you answer the call.

Which cell service provider do you have? If you go to your call history it shows you the information of who placed the call to you? I've never heard of this before. I used to use a site call whocalledus but as I already said so many spam sites use nothing but spoof numbers so it became irrelevant.

I know that T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T don't offer a reverse lookup feature.

Keep in mind do that most spam calls spoof real telephone numbers so you can't be sure the number you are looking at is the actual phone number of the person calling you.
