Apple Pay- No refund boohoo

Boohoo confirmed a refund on 31st December 2021, nearly 4 months ago. I have yet to receive the payment in my bank account. I used Apple Pay and a debit card. It shouldn’t take over 90 days for a refund to show.

Anyone got this issue solved?

Refunds post in 30 days. Check with your bank

It’s been 4 months.

Bank has no record of the transaction. Boohoo say it has gone through.
