So I attempted to put my card into my Apple ID account but it says I cannot use a card that’s expired out outside fo the year 2047. I’ve tried to get my card added but it doesn’t work. Can I have help please?

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
