Hello ramira203, If the iPhone is locked and the owner puts the iPhone in Lost Mode with a contact message you can call that number and let owner know you found it. If the iPhone is not locked, which would be unusual you can go into Settings > About > Name and look that name up in the contacts to call owner. Otherwise last option is to turn it over to your local Police Station.

Post notices around where you found it, or contact the police, or if applicable, the Lost & Found department of the facility where you found it. Unless they left their contact information on it, or choose to respond to a note, no.
