My icloud email is turned and I’m still not receiving certain email from certain people
what am I supposed to do?

Hi Ayee_lo,
If the missing emails all seem like they are from the same contacts, let's make sure those contacts haven't been blocked. On an iPhone, "Go to Settings > Mail. Under Threading, tap Blocked." This will show you all email addresses that have been blocked. When a blocked contact sends an email, it will go straight to the Trash folder. If you don't see the blocked contact in Mail settings, please let us know and we'll develop our next steps from there.
