i can not sign in to appstore with my apple id

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> review your account information.

Click Review repeatedly. 

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the Mac App Store.

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.

Hi I am having the same issue and even clicking on review it brings me back in a circle to the sign in and does not change.

already confirmed a payment method has been added and updated my Mac book but not sure what else I can try.
