Forgot my Apple password on my new iPhone 13pro and now ion lockout I only have an IPad so I can’t restart it

I got a new iphone 13 pro but forgot my Apple password and after several attempts it has locked me out

don’t have a computer only a iPad land don’t know how to start it again it has all my info on

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15
