I can't use origin on my new update, either can I reinstall. it says that there can be malware, how to I remove this?

What do you mean by "origin"? What are you looking to achieve?
About a "Malware" Message:
You will not get a message saying there is malware on your Mac. The macOS would not give you such a popup. So, this seems to be a scam message of sorts, by your wording.
