App Store not working helpp

Wondering what you have tired, and if you received an error message that might point to the answer.

You may need to log-in with your Apple ID,

and

(for the first time you use the App Store) have a payment method in your Apple ID account,( even if you choose free apps).,

Apple support have articles online that might help.

If you can't open the App Store or iTunes Store, buy content, or edit payment information - Apple Support

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
