Transferring information from old iPhone to iPhone 13 everything went through except the apps
Transferring information from my iPhone X to my iPhone 13 is finished,
one small problem the apps didn’t come over. What do I do now?

How did you transfer the information? The apps will need to download from the App Store. You need to keep the device connected to power and wi-fi for that to occur. Do you see any of the apps appear with "Waiting" beneath them and the icon is darker?
