Some letters on keyboard not working

The letter K and other letters on my Iphone SE keyboard are no longer working. I have tried keyboard reset and general reset and cleaned my screen. Any other ideas? Thanks

Do the keys on the keyboards work in landscape mode? That will give you an answer.

Thanks for your reply. It's actually more than the K key. Several keys do not work in landscape or patriot in the same area of the screen, suggesting something wrong with the touch screen rather than keyboard?
