I’m struggling to upgrade my iCloud storage I want to upgrade to 50G from 5G.
I have went through the steps and it keeps sending me to the payment screen where I select payment however nothing happens after that and the upgrade doesn’t occur.
it says that I currently have a ongoing subscription to 50G iCloud storage However 1month only I believe. Plus if it was 50G storage plan then I would be still paying it however iam not. Can anyone help

The subscription would have only one month remaining only if you canceled it. Otherwise, the subscription is ongoing.

You said in your first post you’ve been told you have an ongoing subscription to 50G. Isn’t that what you want? You stated you had a question about the subscription length, but there appears to be no question about your current subscription status - 50G.
Sorry, I’m completely confused as you seem to contradict yourself.

Hey there and no I have tried adding and deleting previous payments but for some reason the transaction and change of storage plan isn’t working

It’s went through somehow after a few goes just got the confirmation email.
