apple id disabled for purchases

Hi, my Apple ID is disabled for purchases but I need to pay for more iCloud storage. How do I fix this?

iPhone 11, iOS 15

This is Apple's way of telling you that there is an issue with your account, you need to contact them: Contact Apple Support
