Unable to upload

Hello , I can't upload photos and 2 338 videos, it says that: “unable to upload" and that an error occurred while uploading the high-quality version of this video. try again later.” but nothing changes. All photos and videos are very important to me (I have photos here from 2008 to 2021) they are nowhere else, only in Macbook Air 13" , so please help me solve this problem.

Unable to upload to iPhoto Hi, I have been loading photos into my iPhoto account on my MacBook. There are a significant number of photos that are unable to upload (as shown in the 'Unable to Upload' folder). I have tried the approach that others have suggested on these forums (i.e. export the photos that are unable to upload, delete them from my iPhotos account and re-import them), however that has not been successful. The photos are .jpg's and .mov's files so there is should be no format issue. Other photos taken at the same time, with the same camera, have uploaded fine so I am looking for suggestions on how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What does "Unable to Upload" mean in Photo app? I imported some pictures(Raw) to my Photo app on MacBook. But a picture says unable to upload. What does that mean? How can I fix it? Thank You

Apple photos stuck in updating on MacBook Air Hi there, I have problem for more than year now with Photos on my MacBook Air, V 12.6.1. Last photograph is stuck on Dec. 21.2021. below it says "15741 photos, 41 videos ... advance bar ... uploading 5478 items" It is sitting there doing nothing for all this time. Laptop is always on WiFi and I tried also to plug it into the Ethernet network. Reset laptop, update it with latest OS, reboot Photos. Nothing. No response in Photos. I am logged into iCloud and pictures there, on iPad and iMac are all up to date and found all devices very responsive on new photograps or videos. Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?
