kindly resolve my issue I am purchasing pubg uc from but I have facing this issue unable to pay at risk 1138 what is this I never buy uc trough card first time I am purchasing uc from card I have faces this error many time kindly as soon as possible fast resolve this issue kindly thanks from Apple team
