I am not sure if this was done purposely to force everyone to pay monthly to listen to music or if this is just an accident but some of my paid music has left my music Library and I can not download or re-purchase them. It would be Great appreciated if you can help resolve this issue an a timely manner.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. It turned out to be a problem with the software update. After calling and waiting no time an amazing customer service representative whom tried everything under the sun to fix this issue until he finally said we have to reinstall the software. That fix the problem right away!
