What to Try:
A. Restart your Apple TV:
Power off your AppleTV for 30 seconds, and then try this once more.
B. New Login Session:
Log out of iCloud and Apple ID on your Apple TV. Then, log back in. Try this once more.
No Success?
C. Reset to Factory Settings:
Go Here: Reset or Restore your Apple TV to its Factory Settings - Apple Support. You'll have to log back in. All would be set to default, and any bugs and glitched would be fixed.
