Blinking flash during timer shooting
I would like to ask you how can I turn off the led flash blinking during timer photo shooting.

You cannot turn it off. It is telling you that the timer is running like on most cameras.
If there is any health implication such as danger of triggering epilepsy then you could cover it with black tape temporarily, but if that is the case I want to make sure you reach the right team for help with your iphone.
