Black Screen - iPhone 13 Pro max - Abroad travelling

Hi all,

I need some help if possible.

My partner has a new iPhone 13 Pro Max she has had for about 2 weeks, shes has gone away to Bali to see her sister (from UK) and when in the immigration queue the screen went black, the phone was in her hand and working fine as it has her travel docs on it.

She has tried to hard reset (quick +, quick - and hold right) that doesn't do anything, she has plugged it into her laptop and it vibrates but doesn't do anything or even display in windows explorer.

I'm concerned she's in a foreign country for 3 weeks and her phone is dead. Is there anything else that can be done. There is no apple store in Indonesia either. For the price of the phone I would expect much better.
