Iphone corrupted after software update

Hi,

My iphone doesn't connect to wifi on many apps like Messenger, Telegram and so many other apps after the software update.

It happened to my ipad as well.

I had to completely reset my ipad and set it all up again, Plus it didn't work through ITunes so Mac and Ipad are no longer in sync with each other as I had to do it seperately.

I would prefer not to do this with my iphone 11.

Is there a quicker and easier way to rectify this corruption?

nlouis4,

Thanks for getting back to us. Do you use a VPN on the iPhone? If you do, try disabling it and re-downloading the apps again and testing them on Wi-Fi. You may even want to try another Wi-Fi network.

Hi,

I deleted the VPN and was able to download Messenger. Will try the other Apps now and if all works I can click resolved.

We understand you're having trouble with a few apps on your iPhone 11 that are showing they're not connected to the internet. We'd be happy to help you troubleshoot this.

Have you tried simply deleting the apps and reinstalling them?

Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Redownload apps and games from Apple

Keep in mind that each of those apps may require their own backup process so that no data is lost.

I had faced the same issue on my iPhone 11 running on iOS 13. After finding out how to rectify this issue, I tried a 3rd party app to resolve the problem, and it worked for me.

Here is the method and I believe it should work for you too.
