Removed music

Hi! I moved to Israel in September and only yesterday changed my country/region on Israel, get a new subscription in apple music and all of my downloaded and added music is removed in nowhere;( I cant change back country before my new subscription is over! I will be very glad to get music back, or just to get my added track IDs to find it again( thanks!!!!
