Troubleshooting AirPods and PCs:

Use a USB Bluetooth dongle if you do not have bluetooth. As for wired AirPods, simply plug them in. See where it goes from there.

There is no such thing as "wired AirPods". AirPods are Apple's wireless headphones. The wired headphones are called "EarPods".
