Read this, also make sure you update to 15.4.1

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Hello Luke2pac

I don't know if it is because you have a old phone so that is why its not working but it can also be something to do with your sim card so look at the sim card thing first and then if it does not work try going to a apple store and asking them.
