Watch stuck on red charging bolt screen

I have a series 7 that I bought 2 months back and I have hardly used it. While charging I noticed the screen only shows a red bolt with a cable and nothing else. The watch wont start or move past that screen, won't restart or force restart either! Tried using a different charging cable to no avail. It's been 3 days now and I still see that same screen!
