My Apple ID My Phone Privacy.

So my apple ID has been comprimised. My phone had lost cellular service and I have been into my carrier I look at my music, its not mine, i have to sign in and out of everything multiple times over and over. I call Apple and I call my carrier. My daughters Mac is locked. my phone is on there. what now? Its Unacceptable!
