Sorry, there is no other way to reset the device. You'll have to get the Power button repaired.

If the power button is broke, then you can skip the repairs and go to settings>Display and brightness>auto lock and set it to thirty second, then the power button would be unnecessary however it may be worthwhile to repair it if this is a primary device

If the phone is disabled, there's no way to go into settings.

Why? I don't have an iPad with a broken home button and, if I did, I'd get the home button fixed.
