Why do I need to enter an Apple ID password every time I try to update an App? How to avoid this?

In App Store my Apple ID password is not being accepted. App store is requiring me to enter my Apple ID password to update my apps. I put in the right password but it says my Apple ID or Password is incorrect, which is not the case. Please advise, thanks

Cant Log into my app store to update apps The appstore is asking for my password when I try to update apps (lets me download apps) ive reset my password 4 times, I've logged out and back in, Ive called apple support, they did nothing and some of my daily used apps are starting requiring updates to use. How can i fix this
