Why I cannot download NETFLIX app from AppStore?

I have iOS 12.5.5 installed, and stated in the settings, Netflix requires 12.4 only.

I still get message update required. In setting my iPad says software up to date.

Netflix requires iPadOS 14.0 or later!!
