Iphone 12
My daughter has an iPhone 12 which we have had a lot of bother with. It keeps switching off. Not restarting and deleting apps.
We have tried all the usual resets and backing up on iTunes

Reading the troubleshooting steps you already performed, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
