migrate from one ABM to another ABM

Does anyone know if it is possible to easily migrate enrolled devices within a current ABM to a new ABM?

It's not easy. You can only have 1 ABM instance per D-U-N-S number. If you are merging with, being acquired by, or are acquiring another org, you can contact Apple support to merge the devices. It is a slow process and many reps will tell you it is not possible. Keep trying until you find one who knows what you're talking about.
