I go to find my iPhone and click on share location but nothing happens when I click on it. I’ve tried over and over again and nothing happens

Try a Force Restart on your iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

You should also turn off Low Power mode on the iPhone. Go to Settings>Battery>Low Power Mode. That mode will disable several things on the phone.
