Does AppleCare cover stolen AirPods?

My airpods were stolen and I was wondering because I still have Apple Care+ warranty on them, does that cover them in this situation? Am I able to get new ones?

No, AppleCare+ for Headphones does not cover lost or stolen AirPods.
