Is there a way to block incoming texts containing a certain word, rather than blocking user-by-user?

In the Messages app on iPhone, is it possible to block incoming texts based on the content of the text, rather than blocking specific users?

My problem is that I keep getting spam texts always saying the exact same thing, but blocking the senders doesn't achieve anything because the spammers have figured out a way to have each spam appear to come from a different user/phone number (via "spoofing" or whatever the spam technique is called), so although I blocked the previous spam-sender, the next time one arrives, it "comes from" a different sender -- even though it's obviously always the same spammer, since the texts are identical.

Since the spams all contain the same exact text, and since some of those words are very specific and unusual character groupings, I'd like to be able to just block any and all incoming texts containing that character-grouping, which would solve the spam problem.

Is there a way to do this in iOS?

I have read that it is possible in Android, but so far I can't figure out how in iOS. If it's not possible natively in the operating system, is there some app or add-on that can achieve this functionality? Thanks.
