Mdm solution with automated local password synchronization

Hello, I am looking for an MDM solution where a macbook user will not have to remember his/her previous Google workspace password when logging into a "checked out" macbook for the first time after changing his/her Google workspace password. With our current MDM solution (Mosyle), each time a macbook user logs onto a "checked out" macbook (after having changed his/her Google workspace password) he/she has to remember the previous password in order for the macbook to synchronize the local password with the new one.

Just would like to see if anyone uses an MDM solution where the password synchronization between the local machine and its network user directory (i.e. Google workspace) is automated. Thank you in advance.
