Hi, my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen completely stopped working. I couldn’t even turn off the phone because I couldn’t slide to power off. Finally was able to search online for forced restart using my iPad. Why is this happening? Is this a bug? Can it be fixed?

It could really be anything, a misfiring app, loss of cell data or WiFi connection, lightning, static electricity, etc. If it does not continue don't worry about it. If it does click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page.
