Hello,
I have an I Pad Prom 2021 12.9 for about 1.5 month now, and the same glitch happened about 4 times since now. When I was doing the diagonal finger move-so the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc. buttons would appear- I was just seeing a blurred screen. I am attaching a screenshot in order to understand better my problem (the original screenshot is 15.1 MB so I am not able to upload it here, I still have it though.

We understand your iPad is becoming blurred onscreen. Start with a simple restart of the iPad. If this continues, go to Settings > General > Software Update and make sure you have the latest update installed. If this behavior continues, reach out to Apple directly.
