Airpods I got an email that they are finish creating my repair request, but that I need to provide payment information. When I go to click it is asking me to pay $76. I should be covered under warranty of a year. so I wanted to know why I was being charged for the one replacement.

I've been scammed and want to make a report. I called apple care about my Powerbeats Pro wireless headphones not working. I was still under warranty. I was told I would receive a new pair and a refund for $80. In order to get the refund I would need to purchase an apple gift card $500. I was scammed. [Edited by Moderator]
