After update MacOS Monterey 12.3 Visual STUDIO on my pc is using too much RAM memory.
I only open the VS and it`s already is using 2GB of RAM. I`m sure that it is because of this update.
Before this update it was working properly. What can I do to solve this problem

If you have 16GB RAM and VS is only using 2 GB RAM, VS is not causing RAM issues.
Post a screenshot of your activity monitor showing all apps.

There is no indication that there is a problem. Using 9GB of 16GB RAM is not a problem. Unused RAM is wasted RAM. IfThe system needed additional RAM for another app it would reduce the amount allocated to VS and allocate the RAM as needed.
How much RAM do you have? What is the RAM pressure in activity monitor? What problem is being caused by using 2GB RAM?
I did not know there was a limit on how much RAM VS should use. Why do you say it is using too much RAM? RAM is manafed by the MacOS very well. It allocates/uses as much RAM as necessary to allow your computer to be quick and responsive.

No, if it was an 8GB version of computer VS would likely be using much less RAM and the system would manage this.
The problem is while using Visual Studio, it is starting to hang, the computer is starting to work very difficult, I can't do anything, I have to wait when it will mark the code, when I paste the code in other directory I have to wait(very long time), when I want to open another file, I have to wait and so on
Because before updating mac OS it used maximum 1GB(in case when I ran big program)

There is nothing wrong with your RAM usage. The pressure is in the green. You paid for 16GB RAM, why do you not want to use all 16GB?
