Buen día, la semana pasada (aproximadamente el 09/04/2022) solicite un reembolso de una suscripción de una app, me aceptaron la solicitud, pero hasta la fecha 13/04/2022, el dinero no ha sido depositado en mi tarjeta. Por favor, ayúdenme a solucionar este inconveniente.
