I can access all iCloud data on all devices except on my iPhone don’t see calendars. I’ve already checked in settings. This feature is activated.

In the Calendars app, tap on "calendars" in red at the bottom

If you don’t see a calendar you can follow these steps:
Click calendar at the bottom
Check if your calendar is on.

If you mean that you don't see Calendars when using an internet browser on your phone, that is normal. See the iPhone section of Which iCloud.com features are available in the browser on your device - Apple Support
You should be able to see your Calendar information in the Calendar app on an iPhone.
