Hello ,

Note: You can also reset Keyboard Dictionary if you want to delete Keyboard history on your iPhone in iOS 15.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Scroll down and tap the ‘Transfer & Reset iPhone’ option above the Shut Down button.
  4. Next, tap on Reset.
  5. Select the Reset Keyboard Dictionary option.
  6. Enter Passcode and confirm.
