What does Apple Dictionary App send to Wikipedia's servers?

Did you try making changes to Dictionary>Preferences ?

Select the dictionary you want to use and drag them in your preferred order...

The Dictionary app allows Wikipedia to be removed as a source, but unfortunately users are opted in by default. This means that users who don't use the Dictionary app are at risk of having their clipboard sent over the API.
