WHY CAN'T I ADD BOARDING PASS TO APPLE WALLET

You can add your boarding pass to wallet on your iOS device or Apple Watch if you have the Mirror iPhone option enabled on Apple Watch app. You can add to Wallet on your Mac in Mail. You want to be signed in to iCloud on iPhone and Mac with the same Apple ID.

In the Mail app  on your Mac, select the message that contains the pass.

Click View Pass in the banner at the top of the message. 

If the pass has already been added, redeemed, or expired, its bar code is dimmed.

For details about the pass, click its Info button . To share the pass, click the Share button . 

Click Add to Wallet in the pass. 

If you already added the pass, but its content has since changed, an Update button is shown.
