Blocked contacts that I personally didn’t block.

I was going through my settings and found went into blocked contacts and saw a lot and I mean hundreds of phone numbers were blocked. I don’t even have that many people in my contacts and I know there is no way I blocked all of the numbers. Some were local area codes and a majority were not. So my question is how did all those numbers get blocked?

Do you share an Apple ID?

Also, as nothing is ever deleted from that list, that could be years worth of blocked numbers.

Numbers in "Blocked contacts" aren't numbers that were necessarily ever in your Contacts app. You can block a number without saving it anywhere else.
