Deleting Factory installed apps.

How can I delete the Garage Band app from my 7th generation iPad (IOS 15.4)? I never use this app and it the 2nd largest memory resident on this device (1.58 GB). Also, I can no longer update my IOS or even download photographs from iCloud due to excessive memory usage.

iPad, iPadOS 15

Sorry, but Garage Band is one of the built-in apps Apple does not offer a means to delete. To find out which ones you can, see the following support article:

If you are out of space on your device, you need to remove things such as Apps, Music, Photos, Messages, Email, Files, etc.

You can offload Garage Band from your phone (which is different from deleting it). Go to Settings > General > iPad Storage > Tap Garage Band and you can Offload it there.
