ipad os 15.3.1

I updated from ios 13 to ios 15.3.1 on my 6th gen ipad. Safari, maps and other apps are stuttering, running slow. I have rebooted several times, cleared history and data with no luck. I would love to go back to 13 but I guess that is not possible. As I never updated to ios 14, is there a way I could revert to 14? Very unhappy with 15!!!!!!!!!!

No. Apple does not support going backward. The current iPadOS is 15.4.1. Try updating to the current version.
