Good morning this morning Turning on my iPhone 13 pro device I found this error message in Settings : Part unknown
It is not possible to determine whether the camera of
iPhone is an original Apple part. The cause
It could be that the part is not original,
That does not work as expected or that
The installation has not been completed.
Already done on Tuesday I will take the device to the Apple center because from the diagnosis I made through support they detected an anomaly in the sensor. I don't want to think that I bought on the official Apple website an IPhone 13 pro with a refurbished camera. I thought it was a bug from the last update so I wrote about the Community. I thought someone else had encountered the same problem as me and could help me. I'll update you as soon as I've solved.

I bought the iPhone on Apple’s official website in November 2021 and never replaced any part. It seems strange to me that having bought an official product, this message appears to me. The only thing that comes to mind is that they sold me an original iPhone with a refurbished camera.
